Case Studies

We claim to be innovative in our approach with every customer. Here are some actual examples.

Case Study One

“Looking for reasons to say yes to our clients”

Opportunity – A multi-national corporation headquartered in the low country needed to get call reports from their salespeople entered into the company database as quickly as possible.

Current Situation – Their salespeople phoned the office and dictated call reports into a voice mail system as they traveled from one call to the next. The sales secretary tried to transcribe the calls as quickly as possible, but other duties kept her busy. The voice mail box was often filled by noon and transcription was behind at least a week. Physical space was limited within the building and they did not have someone they could assign for transcription full time.

Our Solution – By working in the best interest of our customer Innovative Partners designed an agreement to provided office space, all equipment and the personnel required to process these call reports as they came in.
Results – The call reports were transcribed and posted to the client’s network within 24 hours. The client realized a savings of over $50,000.00 per year in direct cost and more through better customer service in response to the information in the call reports.

Case Study 2

“Being flexible to our cusomter’s needs.”

Opportunity – A local manufacturing company had grown rapidly. The owner had two full time long term employees and needed six more.

Current Situation – The owner had a tremendous business going but had problems with employees. The people he hired seemed to turn-over constantly and finding the caliber of people he needed consumed much of his time. When he did hire and train someone, a larger company would “steal” away his newly trained employees. He had two long term staff members but needed six more to fill the orders he had from his customers.

Our Solution – Working with the client, we designed job descriptions for each position. Then we recruited and screened people to fill those jobs. To aid in turnover and production we established a drug free work place policy for his company. Using our Temp to Lease program we provided the employer and employees a chance to make sure they were a good fit and then placed them in our Professional Employer Program to provide the benefits and human resource services the company needed.

Results – The customer now has a stable workforce of eleven employees. He can focus on his core manufacturing business while we handle his human resource and benefit needs. This partnership allows him to grow his business without concern for staffing. Since the beginning of our partnership we have occasionally provided temporary employees to handle the spikes in his production needs and handle all of his personnel needs.
